Good info if you are new in the business

I thought these training manuals were pretty decent and well written for someone new in the car business. I was looking for actual scrips written on one page and that's what I thought I was getting. I was disappointed with that but the info was good if you have time to read through every page. I was really hoping for the phone scripts to be all on one page not having to piece together 20 pages. But overall good info.
