It’s amazing how Service Advisors and Managers are asked to “sell more service” in their service drive, yet there are remarkably few resources on how to do so effectively. This course is designed to be a resource for anyone advising people on their automotive servicing and/or repair needs. This could be Service Advisors, Service Managers, Fixed Ops Directors, and even General Managers. You may work in a dealership, at an independent or franchise repair shop, or as an individual looking for ways to improve how you advise people regarding service repairs. Together we’ll review how this should be done as well as how this should NOT be done!
